This role also provides regional support for the Herndon office as business needs require. About the team: The Tech Spot team, a vital part of the APEX organization, delivers timely and personalized technology support that associates rely on to stay connected and productive. This team focuses on enhancing associate productivity through effective problem solving, seamless operations and effective communication. Associates collaborate to reduce risks and drive continuous improvement, fostering a reliable support environment that upholds Walmart's commitment to operational excellence and associate success.
