 + Resolving connectivity and equipment issues for both new installations and existing setups

 + Collaborating with network providers to diagnose and rectify off-network connectivity issues

 + Maintaining service delivery consistency and minimizing customer downtime

 + Documenting configurations, procedures, and service records for service assurance continuity

 + Training and mentoring teams to support knowledge sharing and service quality enhancement

 + Engaging in professional development to stay current with managed services technologies

 + Fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence

 + Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
