## About the Role

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or 5 or more years of IT support experience.

LANGUAGES: FluentEnglish

EXPERIENCES:

 * Experience in troubleshooting Windows applications, with experience of working with server operating systems and basic networking.
 * A basic understanding of at least one programming language.
 * SQL knowledge. (MSSQL and/or MySQL).
 * Experience of working to tight deadlines.
 * Understanding business requirements and working with key business and technology stakeholders.
 * Excellent communication skills and experience of interacting with people at all levels.

OTHER INFORMATION & SPECIFIC TECHNICAL SKILLS

 * A proactive flexible attitude and fast learner with a passion for IT.
 * Ability to analyse and solve complex problems using tools and techniques to define root cause and proactive countermeasure for aiding continuous improvement.
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
 * Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize your own workload.
 * Working experience in automotive parts manufacturing industry is preferred but not required.

## Description

* Supporting regional team and GHQ IT to deliver Global IT services & improvements to region.
 * Hardware support for staff.
 * Independently managing IT projects from order to delivery.
 * Documentation and development of IT systems and processes.
 * Provide application support, change control and lifecycle management of core platforms and business processes.
 * Collaborate with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts
