Deine Skills? Mehr als interessant:

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Fachinformatiker:in oder in einem vergleichbaren Berufsfeld
Praxiserfahrung im IT-Support sowie in der Anwenderbetreuung vor Ort
Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen sowie mit Windows 10/11
Gute Deutsch- und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Persönlich gefallen uns besonders dein Organisationstalent, deine Teamfähigkeit und deine klare, freundliche Kommunikation. Du hast keine Berührungsängste mit dem Defencebereich.
