## About the Role

* You hold a degree in IT, business administration, health management, or a comparable qualification
 * You have extensive experience implementing KHZG projects and other IT projects
 * Certifications in Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP, or ITIL are preferred
 * Solid foundational knowledge of IT infrastructures, cloud technologies, or software architecture
 * Proficiency in using project tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Trello
 * You excel in organizational and communication skills
 * You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
 * You impress with your confident demeanor and enjoy collaborating with various departments
 * You are able to explain complex technical concepts in a way that is understandable to non-technical people

## Description

* Planning and monitoring project budgets, analyzing cost variances, and providing regular reports on budget performance
 * Managing projects-including those under the KHZG-from conception through sustainable implementation. You will assume operational and strategic leadership of projects
 * Project planning (creating roadmaps and project structure plans)
 * Project management (monitoring milestones using agile (Kanban) and traditional methods)
 * Coordination and communication with external service providers and funding agencies
 * Management of requirements from business units and coordination with IT and external service providers
 * Analyses and reporting to third parties, particularly the funding agency
 * Regular reporting to senior management
 * Shaping digitalization and holistic transformation (change management)
