## About the Role

Do you have experience in Project stakeholder communication?, * Ten (10) plus years of experience in

 + Program or project management, preferably application development
 + IT strategy, infrastructure design, and operational support for multi-site organizations.
 + Business continuity planning and application migration.
 + Application and process modernization.
 * Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
 * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior management and stakeholders.
 * Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Experience with Agile development methodologies., * Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies.
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms and data management technologies.

Role and Responsibilities
Our client is undertaking a modernization initiative to enhance its district - level financial data intake and reporting processes. The project will deliver a customized data management platform that aligns with clients existing operational workflows while introducing targeted improvements in usability, security, auditability, and reporting.
The OTS Application Development Office (AppDM) will provide oversight.

 * Develop understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to make informed decisions and drive results.
 * Define program goals and objectives for LADOTD modernization.
 * Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
 * Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs and projects on time and within budget.
 * Manage risks and communicate project status.
 * Ensure compliance with LADOTD and State standards.
 * Provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes.
 * Conduct ongoing evaluation and improvements for processes, providing data analysis support for the agency's workload demands.
 * Manage risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
 * Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met.
 * Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards.
 * Provide ongoing evaluation and improvements for program management processes and practices.Provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes.
