This role sits between traditional help desk support and systems administration - ideal for someone who has outgrown tier-1 support and is building toward a systems administration career but isn't yet ready for a full Systems Administrator title. You'll provide end-user support, manage day-to-day IT operations, and get exposure to broader systems administration work as you grow. This is a hands-on, generalist IT role. You'll work closely with our Solutions Architect and IT Director, supporting employees across the UK and collaborating with IT colleagues in other regions.
