They manage a team of data analysts who update, improve, and resolve bugs in our analytical tools. The Consultant is accountable for on-time updates; building an improvement roadmap for a subset of tools based on internal and client feedback; partnering with data analysts, data scientists, engineers, and developers to implement improvements; and supporting analysts in bug resolution. They are both an individual contributor on high-priority projects and a manager who coaches and supports data analysts responsible for standard tool updates and issue resolution. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
