Education: * Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: * Total of 10 years of experience including: * Ten (10) years of related experience in electric power distribution, transmission or generation. * Four (4) years of experience as a System Operator preferred. * Three (3) years of experience as a trainer in a formalized training program preferred. * One (1) year of experience as a trainer creating and/or administering simulator based training preferred. Licenses: * Valid motor vehicle operator's license. * NERC Transmission Operator or higher certification (or must obtain within 6 months), Build trusting relationships Manage and develop people Foster teamwork and cross-functional collaboration Lead change Communicate strategic vision Create an engaged workforce Focus on the customer ## Description Eversource will not offer immigration-related sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B, O-1, J-1, TN, E-3, etc.). Role and Scope of Position: This individual develops and implements Eversource transmission and distribution System Operations Training with an emphasis on the use of simulation technology, for CT, MA and NH. Training includes both classroom and on-the-job training and incorporates both conceptual and hands-on instructional methods. Eversource supports work-life balance by offering hybrid schedules for certain roles. Eligibility is based on job responsibilities, operational needs, nature of work and team dynamics. Current guidelines require employees to work at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the third day set by the employee and supervisor based on department needs. These guidelines apply to roles approved for remote work and are subject to change, based on managerial discretion and work performance.
