## About the Role

Requirements * At least 3 years of technical experience supporting digital or business-critical systems.

 * Ability to work onsite in North Berwick, Maine.

 * Experience supporting or administering Microsoft Windows environments, including Windows 10 and Windows Server.

 * Familiarity with Active Directory for user and access administration.

 * Exposure to enterprise hardware or infrastructure technologies, including Dell systems and Citrix environments.

 * Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical teams and shop floor personnel effectively.

## Description

We are looking for a Jr. Systems Administrator to join the Digital Technology team. This contract opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys hands-on technical support, solving production-floor technology issues, and contributing to system-related projects in a manufacturing environment. The person in this role will help keep critical digital work instruction platforms running effectively while partnering with both technical teams and end users. You will also have the chance to broaden your experience by assisting with additional technology initiatives as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities:

 * Provide day-to-day support for digital work instruction platforms, ensuring stable performance and timely issue resolution.

 * Troubleshoot technology problems on the shop floor and work directly with end users to restore system functionality.

 * Assist with system upkeep, routine maintenance activities, and operational improvements across supported applications.

 * Partner with Digital Technology staff and production teams to communicate needs clearly and coordinate effective solutions.

 * Contribute to project execution related to manufacturing technology systems, including testing, documentation, and follow-up tasks.

 * Support Windows-based environments and user computing devices as part of broader infrastructure and endpoint needs.

 * Help maintain access, permissions, and user support activities within enterprise systems and directory services.

 * Participate in additional Digital Technology projects as assigned, gaining exposure to a range of IT processes and tools.
