## About the Role

+ Must possess a current and active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
 + One of the following education/experience combinations:
 + Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of technical work experience
 + Master's degree and 2+ years of technical work experience
 + High school diploma and 8+ years of technical work experience
 + Experience programming in Python or C/C++.
 + Experience with troubleshooting and debugging.
 + Must be willing and able to obtain an additional polygraph prior to start, if required.
 + Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:

 + Experience with networking protocols, including TCP/IP, and socket-level programming.
 + Experience developing CNO capabilities.
 + Experience with low-level system internals across one or more platforms, such as:
 - Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices
 + Experience in software analysis or reverse engineering.
 + Experience using Atlassian tools, including:
 - JIRA, Confluence, Crucible
 + Understanding of assembly language programming concepts.
 + Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and software testing best practices.

## Description

Core4ce is seeking a skilled and mission-focused CNO Developer to join our team in Hanover, MD. In this role, you will support the development of mission-critical offensive cyber capabilities and contribute to advanced Computer Network Operations (CNO) initiatives. You will work alongside a highly technical team to build next-generation solutions that support national security missions.
**Responsibilities: **

 + Design and develop new hardware- or software-based Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities.
 + Perform design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of software applications and systems.
 + Apply knowledge of networking and security concepts to support capability development.
 + Communicate technical progress, project status, and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
 + Ensure software quality and adherence to development standards.
