## About the Role

Do you have experience in Working on construction estimation projects?, Required:

 * 3-5+ years of experience estimating electronic security or access control systems
 * Strong knowledge of electronic security and network-based systems
 * Experience integrating door hardware with access control systems
 * Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu
 * Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
 * Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred:

 * Experience with Lenel, Genetec, Software House, Avigilon, or Honeywell systems
 * Experience in commercial or industrial construction environments

## Description

* Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents
 * Perform detailed system takeoffs using Bluebeam Revu
 * Prepare comprehensive cost estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
 * Develop bid proposals and project budgets
 * Quantify and scope system components including access control devices, cameras, and supporting infrastructure
 * Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers on pricing, product selection, and system design
 * Participate in pre-bid meetings and site walkthroughs
 * Support project handoff to operations teams upon award
 * Maintain accurate estimating records and track bid outcomes
