Reporting to the Team Leader Customer Service, you will work with customers and the internal team to install, maintain, and repair CSR instrumentation, ensuring smooth operations for all users. Your hands-on troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and experience with microscopes and related instruments(hardware and software) will be invaluable in addressing technical issues.
