Skills: * Communicates effectively with leadership, staff, and external partners. * Demonstrates strong organizational skills and effectively manages multiple priorities. * Exercises sound judgment and decision-making in complex or sensitive situations. * Builds collaborative working relationships across clinical, operational, IT, and vendor teams. * Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and commitment to achieving organizational and departmental goals. * Maintains accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail in all work processes and documentation. * Utilizes time and resources effectively to meet operational objectives and deadlines. * Accepts constructive feedback and continuously seeks opportunities for professional growth and improvement. There is potential exposure to infectious diseases. * Physical Strength: The ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. * Mathematical Ability: The ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. ## Description Summary: The EHR Analyst supports the daily operation, optimization, and integrity of the organization's electronic health record (EHR) systems. This role serves as the primary resource for end-user support, system workflows, access management, issue resolution, and data quality. The EHR Analyst collaborates with clinical, operational, IT, and leadership teams to ensure effective system use, accurate documentation, and reliable data capture.
