* Betreuung und Support der Telematikinfrastruktur (TI) inklusive Kartenterminals und Konnektoren (RISE)
 * 2nd-Level-Support vor Ort, telefonisch und per Fernwartung
 * Administration von Lauris sowie Support für Patientenarmbänder
 * Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting Rezeptdrucker/Nadeldrucker (Epson) & Scanner (ChipherLAB, Honeywell, Kodak)
 * Anbindung, Wartung, Fehleranalyse und Austausch von Zebra- und Epson-Druckern
 * Client-Installation sowie Softwareverteilung mit Baramundi
 * Einrichtung und Betreuung von VPN-Verbindungen
 * Dokumentation von Störungen und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen
