## Description

Du lernst im Rahmen Deiner Ausbildung bei uns, wie Du verschiedene Computersysteme eigenständig installierst, wartest und administrierst, und unterstützt uns als vollwertiger Teil unseres Teams im externen Kundensupport.

Du bekommst umfassende Kompetenzen vermittelt, um auftretende technische Probleme zu analysieren und nach ziel- und anwenderorientierten Lösungen zu suchen.

Du lernst unsere hauseigenen ECM-Softwarelösungen und die verwendeten Technologien im Bereich SOA und Cloud sowie verschiedene Betriebs- & Datenbanksysteme und innovative Netzwerktechnik eingehend kennen.

Du unterstützt mit Deinem erworbenen Wissen die Arbeit unserer Softwareingenieur*innen im Produktsupport.
