You will be expected to continuously learn, adapt, and guide others as technologies and product needs evolve., * Strong experience in full stack software engineering, with proven capability across both front-end and back-end development. * Solid experience with modern front-end technologies, particularly React or similar frameworks. * Strong back-end engineering experience, ideally including GoLang or comparable general-purpose programming languages. * Experience designing and building scalable APIs, services, and cloud-native applications. * Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, automation, and incident response. * Experience delivering secure, observable, high-quality production software. * Strong focus on code quality, automated testing, documentation, performance, and maintainability. * Ability to lead technical design discussions and influence architectural decisions. * Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across Product, Design, Platform, and Engineering teams. * Ownership mindset, with the ability to take accountability for outcomes from design through to production. Desirable : * Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. * Experience with event-driven architectures, distributed systems, or microservices. * Experience modernizing legacy systems into modular, scalable platforms. * Experience working in cross-functional product teams. * Experience mentoring engineers or contributing to engineering standards. * Experience with AI-enabled, data-intensive, sustainability, carbon intelligence, or enterprise SaaS products. * Familiarity with observability, reliability engineering, SLOs, error budgets, and production incident management.
