## About the Role

* Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a comparable field of study
 * Very good English skills; German language skills are a plus
 * Strong interest in purchasing, supplier management, data analytics and digital transformation
 * Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset and a high level of motivation
 * Ability to work independently, reliably and in a structured manner
 * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
 * Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
 * Experience with data analytics tools, AI applications or business intelligence solutions is an advantage

## Description

* Support the implementation and global rollout of a Supplier Management and eSourcing platform
 * Assist in developing, implementing and deploying global AI and data analytics applications
 * Independently prepare ad hoc analyses covering procurement spend, delivery performance, material price trends, payment terms and supplier quality
 * Prepare presentations, reports and decision documents for management meetings
 * Monitor strategic supplier development and support supplier risk analyses
 * Support the Strategic Purchasing team in its day-to-day activities, working closely with the IT department and Knorr-Bremse locations worldwide
 * Contribute to international projects and process optimization initiatives
