## Description

* Gestaltung der Roadmap zur Integration von SAP SuccessFactors der Module:
 + Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation,
 + Succession & Development, Workforce Analytics & Planning
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei bis drei dieser Module erforderlich
 * Leitung innovativer und zukunftsorientierter SAP SuccessFactors-Projekte
 * Weiterentwicklung bestehender und Aufbau neuer Kundenbeziehungen
 * Kontinuierliche Betreuung und Optimierung der SAP SuccessFactors-Systemlandschaft
 * Zusammenarbeit mit der Personalabteilung zur Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
 * Integration innovativer Lösungen zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Zukunftssicherheit von HR-Prozessen
