* Idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung

 * Kenntnisse der Prozesse und Aufgaben im Telekommunikationsbereich sind sicher von Vorteil
 * Eine ISTQB Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil
 * Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
 * Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
