 * Provide Expertise: Offer change management guidance to project teams, applying best practises to drive successful delivery.
 * Deliver Quality Outcomes: Manage multiple projects concurrently, working closely with Programme, Project Managers, Sponsors, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
 * Conduct Impact Analysis: Assess change readiness and go/no-go criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
