This outstanding opportunity allows you to work closely with our outstanding web product management, engineering, and QA teams to ensure a flawless digital experience for our customers. By carefully performing tests and collaborating with various departments, you will help us maintain our competitive edge in the industry and provide outstanding quality to our clients., * Complete manual testing of website features and journeys, including functional, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing, to ensure changes meet business, functional, and quality requirements. * Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools (e.g., Jira), providing complete and accurate evidence including steps, encouraged vs. actual results, and severity. * Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and regression packs to ensure comprehensive and consistent pre-release validation across sprint cycles. * Work closely with web product management, engineering, QA, and business analysts to clarify requirements, validate fixes, support UAT, and contribute to release readiness. * Conduct cross-browser and mobile testing, investigate behavioral or functional issues, and provide input on opportunities for future automation. * Provide structured support to the L1/L2 web support teams. Validate issues, clarify defects, and supply clear test evidence.
