We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Support Administrator to provide essential support across all, Previous administration experience, ideally within a fast-paced operational environment.

business operations. You'll play a key role in supporting management teams, maintaining operational reporting, and ensuring critical administrative processes are delivered efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities

 * Prepare and process company billing in line with agreed deadlines.

 * Provide a wide range of administrative support, including handling sensitive and confidential information.

 * Support management teams in the completion of monthly reports and operational deadlines.

 * Upload and maintain operational data, preparing reports and performance reviews for both management and airline clients.

 * Produce and distribute regular operational statistics and weekly/monthly performance reports.

 * Support the employee referencing and onboarding process, ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed accurately.

 * Conduct pre-employment screening of CVs and carry out interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.

 * Complete and process new starter documentation.

 * Provide administrative support to the management team and assist with operational and business projects as required.

 * Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures and reporting requirements
