Bowhead reserves the right to change this requirement if necessitated by business needs or contractual obligations. ## Description Bowhead seeks a Switch Technician with a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification to support the Base Telecommunications System (BTS) contract at Travis Air Force Base, California. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the newly installed Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) supporting David Grant Medical Center and the surrounding hospital campus. This is a unique opportunity to join the team during the deployment of a new Cisco Unified Communications solution. Qualified candidates hired early in the contract will have the opportunity to participate in the installation, configuration, testing, and transition of the new CUCM environment before assuming long-term operations and maintenance responsibilities.
