This role will work with a variety of automation technologies-including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), low-code platforms, and AI-driven tools-to support the organization's digital transformation strategy., Automation Development & Maintenance * Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using a range of tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Python, AI/ML APIs, low-code platforms). * Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and process owners to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions. * Maintain and enhance existing automations to ensure continued performance and alignment with business needs. * Monitor automation performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure value delivery. * Collaboration & Governance * Ensure adherence to automation governance, security, and compliance standards. * Create and maintain technical documentation, including process maps, solution designs, and user guides. * Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. * Innovation & Continuous Learning * Stay current with emerging technologies in automation, AI, and process optimization. * Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML, natural language processing, and other intelligent automation capabilities into solutions. * Share best practices and contribute to a culture of innovation and experimentation., * Delivers high-quality, reliable automation solutions that meet business requirements and are deployed with minimal issues. * Drives measurable business value through time savings, error reduction, or process efficiency improvements. * Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver user-friendly solutions. * Adapts to new tools and technologies quickly, contributing to innovation and future-proofing automation efforts. * Maintains clear documentation and follows governance standards, ensuring long-term maintainability and compliance.
