You should be expert at designing and implementing stable, scalable, low cost ETL pipelines and support analysis, improvement, and creation of metrics and dashboards., Experience writing complex SQL queries - Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling - Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines - Experience developing and presenting recommendations of new metrics allowing better understanding of the performance of the business - Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools - 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience, Experience with forecasting and statistical analysis - Master's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field - Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions ## Description Intelligence & Industrialization (I&I) is a functional team that provides data analytics, business intelligence, and software configuration support to business users within Global Supply Chain and Transportation Procurement (GSCTP) and Global Mile - Amazon Customs & Trade (ACT). ACT is an expanding business unit under worldwide operations for Customs Brokerage operations. Customs brokerage involves the coordination of a complex network of sellers, shippers, logistics service providers (LSP), compliance, and government authorities to facilitate clearance of goods for cross-border transportation. Timely submission of documents and coordinating with customs agents to ensure hassle free clearance of shipments is a crucial step in the logistics process to ensure on-time delivery of product to our customers. As a BIE II, you will support analysis, improvement and creation of metrics and dashboards for ACT stakeholders.
