Leadership & Collaboration * Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across functions and organizational levels. Full Stack Development * Proficiency in modern programming languages (i.e. Python, Java, or C#) with hands-on coding and code review experience. * Front-end development expertise using React, Angular, or equivalent frameworks. * Back-end and API development using REST, GraphQL, microservices, and event-driven architectures. * Experience designing and building transactional systems with high throughput, low latency, and ACID guarantees. Systems & Application Architecture * Solution design, system decomposition, and build-vs-buy evaluation across SaaS and custom-built platforms. * Deep expertise in complex API contracts, integration patterns, and multi-level on-behalf-of flows. * Ability to engineer for high availability, zero-downtime operations, and disaster recovery.
