Designing solutions that consider computer networking concepts, protocols, network security methodologies, cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and overall cybersecurity principles. Experience with data administration and data standardization policies and standards. Applying data mining, data warehousing, machine learning, and artificial intelligence theory/principles. Demonstrated understanding of network access, identity, and access management (e.g., public key infrastructure [PKI]). Strong knowledge of programming language structures/logic and query languages such as SQL and object oriented design. Familiarity with secure coding techniques. Developing or recommending analytic approaches for problems with incomplete information or no precedent. Use of outlier identification and removal techniques. Implementing data labeling governance to improve discoverability and understandability. Understanding and selecting appropriate cloud deployment models (private, public, hybrid) and the differences between on premises and off premises environments. Experience in utilizing the Agile Methodology approach to systems development.
