## Description

You'll be joining a professional organisation in Belfast, supporting the delivery of key operational services through accurate administration, data management and customer-focused support., * Provide a professional information service via telephone, email and in person

 * Input, update and extract information from databases
 * Maintain accurate records, filing systems and administrative databases
 * Prepare, format and distribute reports, letters and publications
 * Process incoming and outgoing correspondence
 * Support meetings, seminars and events with effective administrative assistance
 * Complete administrative transactions and ensure information is processed accurately
 * Produce reports and information from existing systems
 * Provide support to colleagues and customers across the organisation
 * Ensure all work is completed in line with organisational policies, procedures and quality standards
