## About the Role

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent required

 * 2-3 years of experience in PC repair, technical support, or help desk support preferred
 * Knowledge of networking fundamentals
 * Experience with MS 365 preferred.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

## Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our corporate team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring staff have reliable technology support and secure systems to effectively carry out their work across the organization., * Answer, evaluate, prioritize, and respond to incoming telephone, voicemail, NinjaOne ticketing system, and in-person requests for technical assistance regarding hardware, software, networking, phone systems, and other computer-related technologies.

 * Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, networking, phone systems, and other computer-related technologies
 * Provide end-user Arize training and other IT onboarding trainings
 * Install and configure computers, software applications, and peripheral equipment using deployment tools such as NinjaOne
 * Create and manage user accounts with appropriate network and phone system permissions
 * Process staff terminations and remove system access privileges
 * Maintain and update hardware inventory databases and technology asset records
 * Coordinate with software and hardware vendors regarding defective equipment and warranty service requests
 * Travel to satellite office locations to provide help troubleshooting onsite workstations and technical support
