## Description

* Entwicklung und Pflege von Skripten, Tools und Services (z. B. Python, PowerShell, Bash) zur Automatisierung operativer Abläufe wie Provisionierung, Monitoring, Deployment oder Incident-Response.
 * Konzeption, Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Self-Healing-Mechanismen, automatisierten Fehlerbehebungsroutinen und stabilen Recovery-Prozessen; Integration in bestehende Monitoring- und Observability-Lösungen.
 * Entwicklung von API-basierten Integrationen zu Cloud- und Plattform-Systemen (z. B. Microsoft 365, Azure, ITSM-Tools, RMM-Systeme), um Prozesse intelligent zu verknüpfen und End-to-End-Automatisierungen zu realisieren.
 * Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Deployment-Pipelines (z. B. GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps) für interne Automatisierungsservices oder kundenspezifische Anwendungen.
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen zu Code, Architektur, Workflows und Automatisierungsprozessen zur Sicherstellung von Transparenz und Wissensmanagement.
 * Durchführung von Code-Reviews, Tests, Validierungen und Monitoring-Checks, um Effizienz, Zuverlässigkeit und Ausfallsicherheit der entwickelten Automatisierungen sicherzustellen.
