* Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree
 * Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
 * Prior experience in HR, a corporate environment, or project management is highly beneficial
 * Initial experience with SAP Signavio or other process mapping software is a strong asset, * Attractive employer benefits and compensation (grouping according to collective agreement of IG Metall)

 * Orchestrate end-to-end process mapping by preparing, coordinating, and facilitating collaborative workshops.
 * Create high-impact presentations and data visualizations for senior leadership.
 * Co-manage and support global projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
