## Description

Erstellung von integrierten Projektplänen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektleiter (Projektstruktur, Aufwände, Terminplan, Ressourcenverteilung, Abhängigkeiten, Rolling-Wave-Planung, Sicherstellung der Nachverfolgbarkeit)
Konzeption und Umsetzung einer mit der Produktentwicklung verzahnten Multi-Projekt-Planung
Unterstützung bei der Identifikation von Ressourcenengpässen und Entwicklung von Lösungen
Erstellung von Auswertungen, Überwachung der Einhaltung der Planung, sowie Vorschlag und Einleitung korrigierender Maßnahmen bei Soll-/Ist-Abweichung in Abstimmung mit dem zugeordneten Programm-/Projektleiter
Erstellung regelmäßiger Statusberichte für das Management und die Projektteams
Kontrolle der Kosten in Abstimmung mit Finance & Controlling und dem zugeordneten Programm-/Projektleiter
Management der Projektrisiken und Entwicklung von Strategien zur Risikominderung und -bewältigung
Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Sicherstellung der Projektziele
Unterstützung der Projektmanager und -teams in administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen
Unterstützung von Initiativen zur Operational Excellence
