 * Erfahrung mit Firewalling, WLAN, Netzwerksegmentierung und Netzwerkmonitoring
 * gute Kenntnisse im Troubleshooting und in der Packet Analysis
 * praktische Erfahrung mit Windows Server 2016/2019 und Active Directory
 * sicherer Umgang mit Domain Controllern, Benutzer- und Gruppenverwaltung, OUs sowie Gruppenrichtlinien (GPO)
 * Kenntnisse in Active-Directory-Replikation, LDAP/LDAPS sowie File Server, SMB und NTFS-Berechtigungen
 * Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung und Backup, idealerweise mit Proxmox VE, TrueNAS und Proxmox Backup Server
 * ausgeprägtes Verständnis für IT-Security und Network Security
 * Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
 * Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Wünschenswert sind außerdem:

## Description

Dabei übernimmst du eigenständig die Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Netzwerkumgebung, einschließlich Routing & Switching, VLANs, VPN, Firewalls, WLAN und Netzwerksegmentierung. Auch die Betreuung unserer Windows-Server- und Active-Directory-Umgebung gehört zu deinem Aufgabenbereich. Bei Störungen analysierst du die Ursachen, findest nachhaltige Lösungen und behältst auch bei komplexeren technischen Herausforderungen den Überblick.

Darüber hinaus kümmerst du dich um unsere virtualisierte Infrastruktur sowie Backup- und Restore-Prozesse und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Security. Mit deiner strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise trägst du maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere IT-Infrastruktur stabil, sicher und zukunftsfähig bleibt.
