## About the Role

* Degree in computer science, IT-related training, or equivalent qualification
 * At least three years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an IT service desk or IT support role
 * Strong service and customer focus
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * In-depth knowledge of computer hardware support (PCs, tablets, smartphones, and mobile devices)
 * Proficiency with all Microsoft Office and operating system platforms
 * A structured and independent work style, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks independently
 * High flexibility and a willingness to work in a dynamic work environment with changing priorities
 * Ability to work well in a team
 * High level of professionalism, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
 * Very good skills in spoken and written German and English

## Description

* Support for IT hardware systems, including (but not limited to) PCs, servers, building security systems, peripherals, workstation computers, smartphones, and tablets
 * Timely and professional handling of technical support requests from users and employees
 * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripherals
 * Maintaining and updating documentation related to support tickets
 * Providing first-level support for enterprise and business applications
 * Meeting the SLAs established by the IT organization
 * Collaborating with third-party vendors
 * Delivering IT services throughout their entire lifecycle
 * Monitoring systems on a daily basis
 * Assisting customers/end users with questions regarding the installation, use, and implementation of products
 * Responding to customer inquiries and providing appropriate technical and/or product-related information
 * Communicating user issues and concerns to all relevant internal staff
 * Providing computer hardware
 * Providing and maintaining IT security systems
 * Systematic approach to problem-solving, including the creation of documentation to support findings and preventive maintenance
 * Support for continuous improvement
 * Conducting audits (as needed)
 * On-site support at other locations (as needed)
