Join us to translate data and insights into actionable profit-enhancing strategies., * Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, ideally in commercial strategies. * Strong educational or practical background in Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field. * Advanced level of proficiency in exploratory data analysis, and drive "so what" and business impact from data-driven insights * Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and creating interactive dashboards and reports. * Strong knowledge of coding languages such as SQL, Python, or R, along with relevant frameworks. * Good knowledge in common business intelligence software * Experience working with structured and unstructured data, preferably on cloud-based data platforms. * In-depth understanding of Pricing, Commercial, and E-commerce relevant KPIs and metrics, ideally within the e-commerce and retail/wholesale industry. * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. * Proactive, open-minded, and motivated mindset. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences. ## Description Join our team of passionate technology enthusiasts and e-commerce specialists in our state-of-the-art offices in Düsseldorf or Palma de Mallorca!, Work closely with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Pricing, Tech&Product, Country Leads, Marketing etc.) to gather business requirements and translate them into BI solutions. * Develop, own and further enhance reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key insights and performance metrics. * Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
