## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
 * Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the wind energy, renewable energy, or construction sectors
 * Strong ability to monitor and manage project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost-control measures effectively
 * Proficiency in developing comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management
 * Excellent problem-solving abilities to address construction challenges and delays promptly
 * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and coordination with stakeholders at all levels
 * In-depth understanding of wind energy construction processes, equipment, and industry regulations
 * Familiarity with project management software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) and cost management tools
 * Fluency in English (minimum B2 - C1 Level); additional language skills (Spanish, German) are an advantage
 * A valid driver's license recognized in Germany is required for this position

## Description

* Monitor and manage project costs to ensure expenditures align with the budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures
 * Ensure project execution complies with contractual conditions during Civil Works and Site Readiness phases
 * Collaborate with site management to develop detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocation
 * Ensure each site is equipped with the necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to meet project objectives
 * Track project progress across sites, compile reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders
 * Support BOP Supervisors in resolving construction issues or delays
 * Ensure all site activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
 * Facilitate communication between sites and other departments during Civil Works and Site Readiness phases
