Ideal candidates have led enhancements, maintenance, or improvements of existing systems. This position is especially suitable for those with hands-on experience in financial system development or financial IT consulting., * Development experience with C#.NET (3+ years preferred)

 * Experience with SQL and database operations
 * Knowledge of financial systems or financial operations (e.g., payments, settlements, reporting) is a plus
 * Team development experience (familiarity with version control tools such as Git)
 * Business-level English or above

* Develop, maintain, and enhance financial systems (banking, securities, insurance)
