* Telefonischer 2nd und 3rd Level Support für unsere Kunden, fachgerechte Bearbeitung komplexer Anfragen
 * Eigenständige Fehleranalyse und effektive Problembehebung zur sicheren Systemfunktion
 * Technische Umstellung in den Arztpraxen, Unterstützung bei der Installation unserer star.net® Software
 * Konfiguration und Wartung eigener Systeme
 * Mitwirkung bei Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten an der Schnittstelle Labor - Arztpraxis bzw. Krankenhaus
 * Abstimmung der Anwenderanforderungen mit der Anwendungsentwicklung, * 30 Tage Urlaub + zusätzliche Sonderurlaubstage
