Experteer Overview In this senior role, you will lead and shape cyber-focused planning activities for GSM-O II, translating MRT-C outputs into strategic plans and mission outcomes. You'll work with DISA, CCMDs, and senior leaders to assess cyber risk to missions and influence decision-making, ensuring cyber capabilities align with operational needs. You'll drive joint planning using JPP, deliver actionable recommendations, and integrate cross-domain analyses to support mission-critical planning in Europe. This role offers impactful work at the intersection of cyber operations and joint planning with a global scope. Pay / Benefits * Lead strategic and operational planning using the Joint Planning Process (JPP) * Integrate MRT-C outputs into operational plans (OPLANS, CONPLANS, BASEPLANS, Campaign Plans) to communicate cyber risk * Support CCMD planning, exercises, and mission integration in the cyber domain * Analyze technical and operational data to identify issues and develop aaaaaaaa
a cyber/operational solutions * Provide decision-quality recommendations to senior leadership * Evaluate joint needs statements and define capability requirements using DOTMLPF-P * Coordinate with DISA, CCMDs, and mission partners to align cyber efforts * Brief and advise senior leaders (O5/O6, SES, General/Flag Officers) on cyber strategy and risk Tasks * Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance * Bachelor (or equivalent) with 12-15 years of relevant experience * Hands-on experience with the Joint Planning Process (JPP) * Proven expertise in Functional Mission Analysis * Experience developing strategic and operational cyberspace plans * Strong knowledge of DISA and DoD networks/environments * Experience supporting CCMDs, particularly in Europe * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior leadership briefing experience Key requirements *
