 * Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
 * C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Apps, Power Automate.
 * REST APIs, integrations, CRM security, Azure, and Azure DevOps.
 * Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

 * Dynamics 365 certifications.
 * CRM project leadership/mentoring experience.
 * Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or AI-powered CRM solutions.
 * Knowledge of sales, servicing, and customer engagement processes., All applicants must submit accurate information; misrepresentation may disqualify candidacy.

## Description

* Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and Power Platform solutions.
 * Build plugins, workflows, custom APIs, Power Automate flows, and integrations.
 * Collaborate with business/technical teams on CRM enhancements and new capabilities.
 * Use AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
 * Support CRM architecture, code reviews, best practices, and team mentoring.
