Desired: * If don't have a bachelor's degree, have an Associates degree with 7 years' experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years' experience in an intelligence discipline * Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences. * Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts. * Demonstrated ability to interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks. Technica Corporation is seeking a Senior Data Integration (Team Lead) to support INSCOM Data Capabilities Division (DCD) - Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO) task order. The primary place of performance will be Fort Belvoir, VA., * Working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability. * Ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences. * Ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts. * Leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination. The position will be located at a government facility in Fort Belvoir, VA and require work to be performed onsite. Any hybrid work schedule would require customer approval. The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts.
