Has lived inside a real, operating Grants environment - not just implemented it. - Experience Level: Senior consultant or SME; likely independent consultant or has worked for a PeopleSoft consulting firm - Previous Titles: PeopleSoft Grants Consultant, PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Consultant, ERP Grants Analyst, PeopleSoft Business Analyst - Grants/Projects, State ERP Consultant - Industries: State or local government, public sector ERP consulting, higher education (grants-heavy), healthcare systems with grant funding - Technical Background: PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, PS Query, PUM, Grants/Project Costing/Billing/AR modules, ServiceNow, SharePoint - Key Characteristics: Independent, fast ramp-up, systems thinker, effective communicator, patient trainer, documentation-oriented - What makes someone exceptional: Has worked in a messy, multi-agency environment with inconsistent processes and actually brought order to it - can show concrete examples of training materials, queries, and job aids they built from scratch, and has a track record of leaving teams more capable than when they arrived ## Description This is a hands-on engagement. The consultant will conduct discovery sessions, identify configuration gaps, improve reporting and queries, update documentation and job aids, and deliver virtual role-based training to staff.
