## About the Role

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 7 years of experience developing full stack software solutions, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are required. While not mandatory, we highly value candidates with proficiency in the following technologies: C#, .NET Core, Angular, SQL, Typescript, and JavaScript. Experience with modern software architecture, cloud technologies, API development, AI-assisted development tools, and enterprise system integrations will also contribute to suitability for the role.

Additionally, you will also mentor developers, lead technical decision-making, and foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence. Success in this role is measured by the delivery of high-quality software solutions, strong technical leadership, and the implementation of processes and technologies that improve team productivity and business outcomes.
