 * Entwicklung von Automatisierungslösungen und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse im Service

Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Dashboards und Reports sowie Analyse von Service- und Performance-Daten

 * Aktuelles Master-Studium in einem technischen Studiengang, zum Beispiel Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, Informatik o.ä.
