## Description

* Sie übernehmen als Software Engnieer eine zentrale Rolle in der technischen Produktentwicklung und treiben die Weiterentwicklung moderner Web-Front-End-Anwendungen im Umfeld Air Traffic Control aktiv voran.
 * Sie verantworten die technische Konzeption, entwickeln Software-Architekturen weiter, erstellen fundierte Designs und stellen die Qualität, Wartbarkeit sowie Zukunftsfähigkeit der Anwendungen sicher.
 * Sie unterstützen das Entwicklungsteam durch technische Führung und Mentoring, fördern den Wissenstransfer, begleiten insbesondere Junior Developers und arbeiten eng mit Backend-Teams sowie Architektinnen und Architekten zusammen.
 * Sie gestalten die agile Produktentwicklung aktiv mit, bringen sich in Scrum-Prozesse ein und treiben die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Entwicklungsprozessen, Standards und Best Practices voran.
