## Description

Architecture & Solution Design

 * Design and govern modern cloud data platform architectures
 * Define scalable data integration and data processing solutions using Databricks and Azure services
 * Establish architecture standards, design principles, and technical best practices
 * Review and approve solution designs with client and enterprise architects

Technical Leadership

 * Lead teams of Data Engineers, Architects, and Analysts
 * Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code review support
 * Support delivery teams in resolving complex technical challenges
 * Act as the technical escalation point for architecture and implementation topics

Databricks & Data Platform Engineering

 * Design and oversee Databricks-based data pipelines and data processing frameworks
 * Drive implementation of modern Lakehouse and Data Platform concepts
 * Support platform optimization, performance tuning, security, and governance
 * Establish CI/CD and DataOps practices for enterprise-scale deployments
