 * Troubleshooting & issue resolution - Diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, and connectivity problems across assigned systems.
 * Active Directory & identity management - Administers Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and related identity services.
 * Virtualization support - Participates in design, implementation, and improvement of virtualization environments for Nutanix and Purestorage
 * Cloud systems support -Manage all IT support for Facility EMR
 * Security compliance - Ensures systems comply with security policies, applies patches, and supports cyber-defensive technologies.

 * Server Administration that includes configuration, management, and maintenance of:
 + Windows Environment
 + Physical servers
 + AD Authentication and Security
 + VMWare Management
 + Citrix environment
 + Window updates and patching
 * Desktop/ Helpdesk Support
 + Maintain Kbox Imaging and Driver Feed
 + Support help desk and support tickets
