## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels. Must be willing to travel. If you have a passion for technology and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you!, * Proven experience in IT support or a related field is preferred but not required.

 * Strong understanding of computer hardware components and their functions.
 * Familiarity with Windows operating system is essential.
 * Experience in software troubleshooting and help desk environments is highly desirable.
 * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.
 * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for success in this role.

## Description

* Provide help desk support by troubleshooting software and hardware issues for end-users.
 * Assist with desktop support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems.
 * Manage computer networking tasks to ensure seamless connectivity across the organization.
 * Conduct software troubleshooting for various applications, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
 * Maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
 * This position does require out of state travel. Potentially multiple times a month.
