Preferred Certification: * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). * ServiceNow Micro-Certification - Integration Hub. * ITIL 4 Foundation. * Certifications in API Management (e.g., Apigee, MuleSoft), Cloud Integration (Azure, AWS), or Networking (CCNA). ## Description Your role As an Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, operating, and improving ServiceNow integrations with a wide range of enterprise systems, partner platforms, monitoring tools, and OSS/BSS applications. This role is central to creating a connected and automated operational ecosystem, with a primary focus on leveraging APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers to ensure seamless data exchange and process orchestration.
